Rate Schedule

Our standard hourly rate is $195/hr. We will work with and advise of any situations where our rate may be different than the standard hourly rate. The standard rate applies for service provided between 6AM and 8PM. For scheduled service outside of those hours, we are able to set additional times at our standard rate with a Managed Services Agreement. In the event services are needed outside of our standard hours and additional agreement is in place, non-standard hours will be at 1.5x of our standard hourly rate.

We charge a minimum of 1 hour for onsite work followed by quarter-hour increments thereafter. For remote work, we charge the same rate in quarter-hour increments with no minimum charge. Onsite service is available within 15 miles of Campbell, CA at no additional charge.

SF Bay Area travel over 15 miles is billed at 25% of the standard hourly rate in quarter-hour increments. Travel outside of 100 miles from Campbell, CA is billed as an 8 hour daily rate plus incurred travel expenses adhering to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Fly America Act, and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) using GSA and Department of State per diem rates for guidance.

For highly specialized talent, such as Cisco Certifications, Juniper Certifications, Security Certifications, expertise in relation to specific compliance requirements, etc., we may charge higher rates, based on market pricing and the consultants required. We will work with and advise you of any situations where it appears the requested work will require such specialized talent and any resulting rate changes.

Discounts to the standard rate can be obtained with Managed Services Agreement. A Managed Services Agreement typically requires a minimum 3 month period with a pre-defined minimum number of hours per month.
